Le Méditerrannée is a charming 2-star campsite on the Giens peninsula. It is characterised by Mediterranean plants and exclusively by pitches with mobile homes. The beach of Badine is only 150 metres away. Here you can paddle, sail a catamaran, windsurf, chill out and swim. About two kilometres further, the eyes of kitesurfers and sporty windsurfers light up - there you will reach the popular Almanarre beach.
Because their rocky cliffs often shimmer reddish in the sun, they are also called the Gold Islands. Visit Port Grimaud, characterised by historic canals, or the naval city of Toulon with its museums. In nearby Saint-Tropez, you can look out over the gulf and the sea from the citadel, which is armed with old cannons. On Giens you can go hiking or cycling. In the wooded Massif des Maures, sporty hikers can climb the almost 800 metre high peak of the Signal de la Sauvette. Back at Le Méditerrannée campsite, enjoy Mediterranean delicacies, salads, pizzas and more in the restaurant with its large, pleasantly shaded terrace.
