The surroundings of Camping Aqua Viva
Camping Aqua Viva is located near Sarlat-la-Canéda, the capital of the Périgord. The medieval townscape will enchant you, dating from the 13th to the 16th century. Among the special sights of the region are the cathedral and the "Lanterne des Morts" funeral chapel. Not far from the town is the pilgrimage church of Notre-Dame de Temniac, built in the 12th century. Other excursion destinations are Rocamadour, the fortified town of Domme and La Roque Gageac, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
