Guests reach this campsite at an altitude of three hundred metres above sea level. It is run by a Dutch family. The site of about seven hectares stretches over terraces in the valley of the river Llech. Only about one hundred pitches and almost a dozen different types of trees ensure that nature lovers get their money's worth here. Swimmers can refresh themselves in the natural pool. It is about 1.50 metres deep.
In the early and late season, Camping Le Canigou is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet or for guests who want to discover the Pyrenees in hiking boots. In the high season, the offer is mainly aimed at families with children between the ages of 10 and 20. Then numerous activities are offered for the teens and for all guests. The programme includes, for example, climbing fun and white water tours, dance evenings and shows. The restaurant at Camping Le Canigou serves hamburgers, pizza, salads and other delicacies. Those who like can enjoy them on the pleasantly shaded terrace or order "to go". In the morning, guests can get fresh baguettes in the shop.
