Badly managed, neglect of good practice of dogs

Loose dogs, dog fights, dogs left yapping for hours in vans - no one seemed to care. The owner/manager lives in a dishevelled shanty-town style set-up - old caravan with dirty old awning and filthy table, chairs, cooking pots - and the dog’s house made of old boxes and bits of plastic. We were on our way to the Dordogne and stumbled upon this delightful spot. We’d missed the shops and The lady behind the desk sold me her own eggs for breakfast, really kind. We stayed overnight on our way from the South West back to Calais in our Caravan with our grand-daughter. No site map given. Pitches are flat but electric hook up was a long way from our pitch.
