The 4 star campsite Le Jard is located at La Tranche sur Mer, about 700 m from the beach away. The campsite is spread over 7 hectares in a large wooded park.

The water park has an indoor pool, a heated jacuzzi and a outdoor pool with 3 new slides, a toddlers' area with a paddling pool on 2 levels for the youngest and a play area for the older ones. You can play mini golf, basketball, football or even petanque on the various sports fields and playgrounds on the campsite.

You have free Wi-Fi access on the terrace of the bar and for a fee on the rest of the campsite. A free local shuttle service is available in July and August (stops 100m from the campsite) to various places in La Tranche sur Mer.

We arrived for a 9 night stay, camping in a motorhome. Our first night wasn’t great. We set up pitch, just one pitch away from kids club and bar area. We had a great stay here as there is much to do for the small kids. Our kids are 11 months and 2,5 years old. We took our taouring caravan. Lost of the site is taken over by holiday rental static vans but there were also tourers and tents. Pool area with water slides was great.
