You can cancel free of charge from 10 days before arrival and are entitled to a full refund (no voucher): 

If it is not possible to travel to the destination/campsite for holiday purposes due to official decisions (Covid-19). 

If there are travel restrictions in your home town/country. 

If you have to be quarantined after arriving at the campsite. 

If the borders between your home country and the country of the reserved campsite are closed. 

If clients go on holiday despite a travel ban, it is very important to know that this is at their own risk and CampGo and the accommodation provider cannot be held responsible. There are also no refunds for unused travel days. 

If you need to cancel your booking, you can of course do so! Apart from our Corona guarantee, the following conditions apply:

• Up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay: 20%
• From the 41st to the 28th day before the start of the stay: 40%
• From the 27th day to the 14th day before the start of the stay: 50 %
• From the 13th day to the 7th day before the start of the stay: 80 %
• From the 6th day to the 1st day before the start of the stay: 90 %
• on the day of the start of the stay and in case of no-show: 95 %
