Break out Grunopark

Are you a real daredevil and would you like to spend the night in a real safari tent? Then Break out Grunopark is the place for you. With all the great outdoor activities and sports that Break out Grunopark has to offer, this is the resort for real adventurers.

A spacious place, beautiful surroundings and lots of possibilities!

Break Out Grunopark is the event location in the north of the Netherlands. There are many activities, something for everyone!

At Break Out Grunopark you can be active both on land and on water. Think water skiing, billboarding and flyboarding. Don't feel like getting your feet wet? Then try one of the other fun activities. You can go rock climbing, archery, paintballing, escaperooms and more.

All that exercise will make you hungry, of course. Luckily, the Paviljoen de Seizoenen is the place to be. From scrambled eggs to toast and from carpaccio to spare ribs. Paviljoen de Seizoenen has something for everyone.

Do you prefer something a little quieter? In the park you can relax by the lake, enjoy a beer tasting or make chocolates at a chocolate workshop where everything about this delicious product will be explained to you.

Experience Groningen

The Martinitoren: In the last 500 years, the Martinitoren has burned down, lightning struck and it almost collapsed in the war. The tower stood firm and, at 97 metres, is still the tallest building in Groningen. Climb up and experience a piece of tangible history and a fantastic view.

De Vismarkt: Market vendors shout their sales slogans while cyclists make their way between pedestrians. People buy their lunch at the Korenbeurs (corn exchange) or buy fries or kibbeling. Restaurants and shops welcome you in the historic buildings around the market.

Groningen Museum: creative energy bubbles out of the walls. Beautiful or ugly? The Groninger Museum has been around since 1994, but it is still a topic of conversation when it comes to modern architecture. That should be reason enough to pay a visit. The diverse collection and the innovative, sometimes quite stimulating exhibitions make the experience complete.
