Swim, relax and enjoy lots of family fun at the holiday park near Antwerp

The heart of the Zilverstrand resort is the indoor swimming pool with water slide. In the relaxation area you can leave the stress of everyday life in the sauna, relax in the Turkish steam bath or in the whirlpool. Another highlight is the lake with its artificial beach and the large slide in the water. Anglers can try their luck at fishing in the numerous ponds or lakes in the surrounding area.

How about a game of mini-golf, a round of table tennis, a basketball match or a tour on a pedal boat? Throughout the season, the animation team organises a colourful children's programme. Younger kids will love jumping on the big trampoline or riding the funicular. Would you like to enjoy your holiday in the early and late season and take advantage of the favourable travel times outside the school holidays? When the sun is not shining, the fun continues indoors. Young children especially look forward to the indoor play paradise. But there is also plenty going on for older children, from pinball to table football. A visit to the diamond district or the Antwerp Zoo is also recommended all year round.

De entree en de linkerkant van het park is volledig vernieuwd en modern. Ideaal voor koppels die tot rust willen komen in een woning met comfort. De rechterkant van het park is gedateerd. Dit is géén aanrader! Kies niet voor mobilhome 4 of 6 personen! Vies, oud, versleten, ook het keukenmateriaal. De veren van de matras duwen in je lijf, slecht onderhouden, versleten kookmateriaal, onvoldoende bestek voor het aantal personen. Amper plaats om je gerief in een kast te leggen. Al zeker niet voor 6 mensen. Ontsteekknoppen kookvuur en kachel doen het niet. Amper reactie van de receptie als je laat vallen ontgoocheld te zijn met de keuze van de accomodatie... Het zwembad is PIEPKLEIN en heel erg vuil. Haar, pleisters, zand, het ligt er vol van. Alsof er al enige tijd niet gepoetst is, ook in de lockers. Er is een klein strandje aan de zwemvijver, een kleine speeltuin, springkussen, een kleine binnenspeeltuin, café, supermarkt, minigolfterrein,... Alles bij elkaar geen aanrader, zelfs niet voor gezinnen. Voor wie graag in een moderne accomodatie tot rust komt met een boekje, is dit ok. Voor alle anderen: zoek iets anders... The entrance and the left side of the park has been completely renovated and looks modern. Ideal for couples who want to relax in a home with comfort. The right side of the park is dated. There are regular guests among which there are very outdated rental mobile homes. This is not recommended! Do not choose for the 4 or 6 person mobile home! Dirty, old, also the kitchen equipment. The springs of the mattress push into your body, poorly maintained, terrible cooking equipment, insufficient cutlery for the number of people. Hardly any place to put your items in a closet. Certainly not for 6 people. Ignition buttons stove and stove do not work. Hardly any response from the reception if you tell to be disappointed with the choice of accommodation ... The pool is very small and very dirty. Hair, plasters, sand, it's full of it. As if no cleaning has been done for some time, also in the lockers. There is a small beach on the swimming pond, a small playground, bouncy castle, a small indoor playground, café, supermarket, mini golf course, ... All in all not recommended, not even for families. For those who like to relax in a modern accommodation with a book, this is ok. For everyone else: find something else ...

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working in the area, and can safely say I won't be staying here again!
