In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your vacation, of course you can! Apart from our Corona Guarantee, which protects you from any consequences caused by Corona in the vacation area or your home, the following conditions apply.

• Cancellation from 1 March in your travel year until the 28th day before arrival: 30% of the trip total
• Cancellation from the 28th day until the 14th day before arrival: 60% of the total amount.
• Cancellation from the 14th day until the 7th day before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the trip.
• Cancellation from the 7th day before arrival until the 1st day before arrival: 90% of the total amount of the stay.
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the total amount.
