Camping Les Chambons is a well maintained 3-star campsite, centrally located in Argenton in the department of Indre. The campsite is in a beautiful location on the banks of the Creuse and offers large shady pitches.
The region has a lot to offer. For example, visit the Gallo-Roman museum of Argentomagus or the museum of chemistry. Camping Les Chambons is also an excellent starting point to discover the Parc naturel Régional de la Brenne. This park is located northwest of Argenton and is known for its many landscaped fish ponds. The whole area covers about 1700 square kilometres and you will find no less than 1200 lakes!
