Camping Les Chevaliers de Malte is a green town campsite on the outskirts of the town of Villedieu-les-Poêles which owes its name to the Order of Saint John. In the twelfth century the town was made available to the hospital knights of this order, later called the Knights of Malta (Les Chevaliers de Malte). Villedieu-les-Poêles is best known for its bell foundry and copper smithy. The historic centre of Villedieu-les-Poêles is 5 minutes away from the campsite, which is situated on the river La Sienne. For the kids you'll find a trampoline and a bouncy castle on the campsite, so they'll have a great time! In addition to that, they will of course a great time in the swimming pool onsite. On the campsite you'll also find a restaurant and a shop. Because the campsite is located on the outskirts of Villedieu-les-Poêles, you'll also find a large supermarket and several restaurants in the town.
