If you need to cancel your holiday, you can of course do so! Apart from our Corona guarantee, the following conditions apply:

• Up to the 42nd calendar day before the day of arrival the deposit.
• From the 42nd to the 28th calendar day before the date of arrival 35% of the total amount of the trip.
• From the 28th to the 21st calendar day before the date of arrival 40% of the total amount of the stay
• From the 21st to the 14th calendar day prior to the date of arrival 50% of the total amount of the trip
• From the 14th to the 5th calendar day prior to the date of arrival 75% of the travel total
• From the 5th calendar day before departure to the day of arrival 90% of the travel total
• On the day of arrival or later 95% of the trip total

Money Back Guarantee included!

With the Money Back Guarantee, if you find out between 28 and 7 days before your holiday that you need to undergo a compulsory quarantine on arrival in your destination country or on your return home, and therefore need to cancel your holiday, your money will be refunded. The Money Back Guarantee also allows you to change your holiday free of charge up to 4 weeks before departure.
