Camping De L'Ile is located on the left bank of the Loire. The surrounding area is very wooded and between the vineyards you will find many picturesque villages. Paris is only 2.5 hours away by car. In the high season the animation team provides for variety. On the multi-sports field, the bowling alley, the beach volleyball field or the table tennis table everyone can enjoy the time. The children can have fun on the playground or on the bouncy castle. There are numerous cycling and walking paths in the area, which are very good to discover. Take a bike ride to one of the famous Loire castles or along the partly well developed paths along the river. Who wants can rent a canoe or kayak and spend many nice hours on the Loire. From the campsite you can walk directly to the sunbathing lawn (sandy and grassy beach) and watch the hustle and bustle on the river in a relaxed manner.

Camping municipal beter thans everage

Reception very friendly. Camping places oké. Very cheap. Toilet building 2 x a day being cleaned. Very close to the centre of town Open from 15/3 - 30/10 The only camping open in the Champagne that long

We arrived before noon, and received a warm welcome, and speedy checkin. The English-speaking receptionist gets a top 5 star rating from us. Thank You! A spacious and peaceful campground

This campground is an excellent stop for the touring bicyclist, it is very close to the eurovelo 6 trail.
